The ART of Wellness Join us from 10:00am until 2:00pm for a relaxing Art & Mental Health Retreat—a perfect chance to reconnect with yourself and embrace some self-love! Through creative activities like guided art sessions and mindful reflection, you’ll release stress and feel recharged. Whether you're new to art or already love it, this retreat offers a welcoming space to explore, heal, and leave with renewed purpose. At Live Oak, we are aware that therapy services can be expensive. We wanted to offer this experience at a very affordable rate. Please note that most therapy appointments range from $75-150 per 45 minute session. This art experience will allow you to gain skills from a local therapist for only $90 and includes lunch and relaxation. Our workshop will be held at Lake Aurora Christian Camp 237 Golden Bough Rd, Lake Wales, FL 33898. The workshop will include: *Art Experiences *Lunch *Nature *Regular life detox This retreat will feature the following instructors: Mary Beth Claypool- Licensed Clinical Social Worker Tiffany Weaver- Art Expert Please be aware- participants must be 18 years of age to sign up for this event. If a parent wants a younger child to participant along with them, please contact us and we can discuss the possibility of this. The itinerary will be sent to the email address on file. The Retreat Cost is $90 **Cancellation Policy** The $90 deposit cannot be refunded, but can be used towards another Live Oak event.
